Plaster cracks and hollow plaster issues are common especially after a few years of exposure to the elements. Below are images of such conditions:

• Identify all hollow plaster areas manually using a metal rod
• Mark out all hollow areas
  
• Hack out the de-bonded hollow plaster using mechanical tools and install wire mesh to these areas and/or carry out PU injection grouting to areas affected
• Patch up using non-shrink cementitious screed to fill up the void (applicable if hacking is involved)
  
• Apply by roller/brush 1 coat of SKK Super Biofine Sealer
• Apply by roller/brush 1 coat of SKK Soft Surf SG
• Apply by roller/brush 2 finishing coats of SKK Super Lenaflex SS500
